The boys have been curious about 'the pound', so this morning we went on adventure to the Humane Society so they could see it first hand. It was a great learning experience.
Portland's Humane Society is a very nice, clean facility. The only thing bad about it is that there are so many cute animals that need homes! Chris and Nate especially enjoyed looking at all of the cats...we made the loop around the cages probably about 8 times.
The dogs were really fun too, but a bit noisier with their barking. It was fun to read all of the cute names. Maybe someday we will find the pet of our dreams on a visit!
